These guys are absolutely worth every single penny. The price was excellent and the service was flawless. They arrived on time, looked professional and presentable. They worked efficiently, and wrapped up loose items with shrink wrap. They even dismounted my TVs! This was the most painless move I've ever experienced, and we moved from two locations to one. I needed to move from West Hollywood to Studio City and made a few calls to various moving companies. Joe at Trek Movers gave me a great quote and I really liked his straight forward attitude. The entire process of setting up and confirming everything was detailed and efficient. The day of the move came and the team leader Ilya showed up on time with two other movers, with clear communication as to his arrival time. The guys were very polite, efficient and had great attitudes. I hadn't been able to pack as much as I had wanted to due to a trip right before the move, and they helped me box up some items in the wardrobe boxes they brought. They took great care in wrapping up all my furniture and framed art, handling everything gently. Moving is never a fun experience, but Trek Movers definitely helped make this move smooth. They are Amazing!!! I cannot praise this company enough! From the planning to the day of the move they were so wonderful to work with. We even had a last minute change in moving day and they were totally accommodating. We would definitely use them again. AMAZING! Simply amazing. From a quick response time on yelp, to a fabulous phone call that covered all of my concerns, and an amazing team of movers. Joe and his team are simply top notch. Email and phone follow up wasn't overwhelming, it was the right amount to make me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. My furniture and personal belongings made it safe and sound from one destination to the next. The movers were so nice and had great personalities. I never once worried about a thing. My time frame was 2pm-5pm, and the movers arrived around 230pm, which was sooner than I expected. Joe and the movers both kept me in the know of what time their arrival would be so I was never in the dark. The next time I move I will absolutely 100% be using Trek Movers again.
